We are pouring the concrete pads for each site as we sell them because we are customizing them to the particular units that the buyers have. Some buyers may want an additional patio poured or an additional parking pad. It just depends on your RV, vehicle, and your personal preferences. The pads are done by us and they take approximately 2 days to complete if the weather permits. The cost of the concrete and labor is the responsibility of the buyer.
