- What are the sizes of the lots?
Our lots vary in sizes. They range from 30x125 to 50x75.
- What hook-ups are on the lot?
There is water, sewer, and 30/50 amp. electric on each site.
- Will lot owners receive a deed?
Yes, these lots will be deeded to you.
- Is there an annual maintenance fee?
Yes, the annual maintenance fee is $1800.
- What does the maintenance fee include?
The maintenance fees include all ot the lawn maintenance, water, sewer, trash haul-off, pool maintenance, laundry, showers, and clubhouse and any other general maintenance for the up-keep of the park.
- Will I be able to rent my site out?
Yes, you will be able to rent your site out. We will handle all rentals on a 75/25% basis, 75% to the owner and 25% to the park.
- Will I be responsible for the electric?
Each lot owner will be responsible for their own electric.
- Is there cable TV available?
Cable is not currently available in this area. You will need a Dish or DirecTV account.
- Do you allow park Models?
No.
- What type of RV's are permitted?
We are restricted to Class A's & 5th Wheels only, with a minimum length of 28 ft. and no older than 10 years. Some exceptions may be made by management.
- Do you have financing available?
We do have a local bank that may be able to assist you with financing. Please call for more information.
- Are pets allowed?
We welcome pets. All pets must be kept on a leash at all times and the owner must pick up after the pet. Owners are responsible for any damage done by a pet. Some breeds may not be allowed. Any pet that may be a nuisance to others may not be allowed.
- Are the sites paved?
Each lot will be concreted as they are sold. The lot owner will be responsible for the cost of the concrete and labor. We can assist you in having this done.
- Will there be a paved pad to park a vehicle on?
A parking pad will be done at the same time as the site itself. Each site sold is for the use of (1) RV and (1) vehicle.
- Do you also rent sites?
We will continue to rent out sites until all lots are sold.
